Planning for Tuesday, August 10, 2010

Wake up :)

Eat 2 cups of watermelon, 100 calories
Do Insanity
Eat scallion bread, 350 calories
For lunch, have a sushi roll, about 400 calories?
Have a piece of fruit in between
Don't know about dinner.
Go to the gym :) But I'll only be doing light walking, etc.

Monday, August 9, 2010 Dinner

Today ended quickly, which was a little boring :(

For dinner, I had cereal and a protein shake, totaling to about 260 calories.

Today's calorie intake:
Breakfast-645 calories
Lunch/snack-300 calories
Dinner/dessert-260 calories

Total: 1,205 calories...not bad, considering more than half of it was breakfast :) I went under my limit, unlike last time. Now if only I can hold it until I go to sleep...

Exercise:
Today I only did the Insanity Fit Test, but I'm going to try and see if I can get some abs in ;)

Boysenberry Yogurt and Protein Shake

For snack today, I had a plum and a Dannon Fruit on the Bottom Boysenberry Yogurt with some graham cereal..I think that's what it's called? This totals up to about 300 calories :0

It was delicious, but the yogurt itself was 150 calories. The plum is 30 and a 3/4 cup of crackers is 110! So I estimated around 300 :D

Insanity with Shaun T :D

So I started doing Insanity today by Beach Body and just finished the fit test 5 minutes ago, and it's crazy how much my body is trembling! I thought I would be able to handle it, but this is tough! I'm going to do it for 30 days (until school starts) and if I see results & have enough time, I'll stick with the 30 days. Here are my results from the fit test:

Switch Kicks: 106
Power Jacks: 48
Power Knees: 75
Power Jumps: 30
Globe Jumps: 7.5
Suicide Jumps: 15
Push-up Jacks: 18
Low Plank Obliques: 28

I pretty much gave up on the low planks but I was pretty consistent throughout :)
I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow! It's INSANE (teehee) how fast my heart is still beating!

And I heard from my mom today that my dad got me a blue camera from becoming a swim instructor! Turns out he actually wanted this opportunity more than me haha :)
I feel so fortunate right now...I might just be high from adrenaline but right now I'm pretty content :) I don't feel so bad about the Dunkin Donuts I had anymore :D

A very filling breakfast!

Today I woke up at 8:30 because my mom wanted us to go to some Korean Cram schools to look for the September/20-week semester. We found a few suitable classes. I'm going to take HR (Honors Review, which is the name of the learning center) Math, which is a 3-on-1 tutoring which 2 other students based on your needs. For a 20 week session it's $1000, but they also give you early bird registration 10% discount and sibling discount which is 15% as my brother is taking the math thing as well. For English, my brother found a tutor for $30 but I have yet to decide on my English class. 10th grade Success English is, I think $800 but it starts at 4 o' clock which is a little earlier than when my dad gets off from work, so I wouldn't be able to do that...but I don't think I'm ready for SAT English. My friend told me it was hard because she took it this Summer. I'm going to ask her more about it before we decide on Monday. I want to take SAT, but I think 10th grade's a little early. SAT classes are in the middle of junior year so it would be pointless to take English and have all the words memorized and forget them by the time I take it in 11th grade! Right now, my dream is to get into a 6-year pharmacy program after I graduate high school but it's still a little early to decide. After all, math and science are kind of the things that I'm a little behind in...
We had to fix our car so we ended up getting a little something at Dunkin Donuts ;)

For Breakfast?
1 plum, 30 calories
1/2 a steamed scallion bun, about 175 calories
1 glazed donut...I had to! About 220 calories
I shared an Iced Mocha Latte (medium) with my mom but drank most of it, about 220 calories (I subtracted 1/3 of the calories)

I'm stuffed right now, and as a result I can't go exercising :( Maybe a little walking? And it's only 10:30 in the morning and I've eaten away half my calories :(

645 calories down....LOTS more to go!!!

Plan for Monday, August 8th

I'm planning out my day so that I can take control of my diet. Tonight I did a lot of binge eating :(

Breakfast:
2 plums, 1 cup of watermelon, 110 calories
Steamed scallion bun, about 300 calories?

Lunch:
Sushi made with brown rice, dried pork and nori, about 450 calories?

Dinner:
Protein shake made with 2 scoops of powder, ice, water and a frozen strawberry, 150 calories
Watermelon, 2 cups, 100 calories

Total:
1110 calories

Exercise:
When I wake up I want to do 15 minutes of abs.
Then eat my fruits.
Walk/run around 7 times for a total of 5 miles.
Then stretch and eat my main breakfast.
Hopefully I'll be able to fit in some other exercises :) maybe some jump roping or hula hooping?
Too bad my best friend's in Canada...we could have been walking/running together :D

I fell asleep...

Even though I woke up early this morning, I went back to sleep anyway at around 10 or 11... T_T so much for waking up early! Anyway, when I woke up at around 1, I was starving!!! So here's what I had:

Lunch:
1 boiled egg, 100 calories (there was some soy sauce)
A bowl of brown rice, 150 calories
Some cauliflower (leftover), 100 calories
2 yummy mini egg rolls! :), 60 calories

Dinner:
Japanese sweet potato (it's yellow and oh so yummy!), 150 calories
Some Asian...dish...about 100 calories?
Golden grahams cereal...it was calling to me...110 calories T_T
Some of my mom's hot and sour soup, 25 calories?

Woke up early today!

Today, I woke up at 7 and laid in bed for another 20 minutes. Then I got up and decided to go for a run. I was originally planning on running about 5 miles..then I saw this old man with a dog (my neighbor) and this old Chinese lady doing power walking...so I decided to just walk. Eventually, I was only able to walk 0.7 miles because I got bored of it T_T but I cycled on the stationary bike for around 15 minutes for 3.4 miles. I also did about 30 burpees...but that's really nothing. All in all, it was still a good morning for me. :) Waking up early was a first, and I actually enjoyed it. My little bits of exercise was refreshing to me, and if I could I would wake up early again, maybe on a day to day basis. It was a little humid, but nothing too bad.

Breakfast:
Protein shake made with 1 frozen strawberry, 1 cup of 2% milk, and YOR MRP vanilla flavored meal replacement protein powder. It actually tastes good! :0, about 270 calories
Before exercising, I had 1 cup of blueberries and 1 yogurt, 250 calories
I also had green tea this morning, 0 calories :D

Saturday, August 7, 2010

This afternoon I had my swim test/interview...and they were so desperate for people that I didn't even have to swim for them. They just hired me. I still had to get tested to prove my abilities, and even so, I saw that I had mostly C's and some B's...how can this be?! I guess 5 years of competitive swimming only gives you speed, and what they were looking for was technique. The guy said I'm only good enough to teach lower level children...and the parents are always watching, so I'm a little nervous.

I also have to go through this dumb 40 hour training where I'm not paid (that's $400 T_T)...it's like coaching but without pay...like a test, or, in other words...training. After that, they test me and on a scale of 1-10, if I get above a 6, then I pass and can start teaching for pay. If not, then I'll have to go through 10 more hours of training and try again, this time with only $7.50 pay. If I'm still not good enough, I try a 3rd time for another 10 hours and if I'm still not good, then they fire me :( I'm so nervous!!!

Breakfast: Had a light breakfast...I think.
2 homemade green bean steamed buns, about 250 calories

Lunch:
1 sweet potato, about 100 calories
4 crackers, 120 calories

Snack:
2 more crackers, 60 calories

Dinner:
California Pizza Kitchen...about 1,000 calories...

Total: about 1,530 calories T_T

Exercise:
Biking to and from Van Saun Park, about 5 miles.
Swimming interview/test, not much swimming done though.
Biking at home with mom, about 2 miles.

I'm not going to put calories that I burn from now on, as that is not in the least bit accurate. For all I know, I could be off by hundreds of calories! So now my only goal is to get under 1300 calories per day, before 6 o' clock. This is still a lot of food :)

Tomorrow's goal is waking up early to go for a run. I want to be able to do as many miles as I can, but I'll be going slow so I won't get too tired too easily.

My goal for tomorrow is 5 miles and up. I would like to do 11 miles, but that's crazy as the most I can run with some walking in between is 3 miles...but that's going fast. I'm going to go slow on this one. No more eating out for me! I've been doing that way too much this Summer. I hope that was the last time for at least a month! It seems that I've been going out for dinner every couple of days, which is really not good for my diet, plus with the crazy amount of sodium and MSG in all the food that I consume as well as grease and fat.

I'm calling it a day. Good night!

BTW, I'm going to try and take a picture of all the food that I eat throughout the day. It'll be hard as I tend to forget these things while enjoying my food ;)

Monday, August 2, 2010

I ate so much stuff, it's not even funny...I couldn't even count!!!!

Breakfast:
1/2 of an English muffin sandwich (bacon and egg on it=very fattening), about 200 calories?
Dim Sum, oh my lord...

Lunch:
We went to the beach, so some chips, some sweet stuff, some Pocky, some sweet potatoes

Dinner:
We went to a Taiwanese restaurant and it tasted HORRIBLE!!! Advice to people out there-if you're not a fan of sour stuff or things that are too salty, don't go there. Even my naturally skinny 5'4'' 103 pounded mom's belly stuck out from the high sodium, which-unbelievably-caused her to bloat.

My mom's boss gave me advice on losing weight-"skip dinner". Meaning no eating after 6 o' clock. Any later and you won't lose weight/it won't be as effective, so I'm going to plan out my day's meals and exercise and, most importantly, STICK WITH IT!!! It's easy because I can eat almost anything I want before that, so not a lot of rules or restrictions. Just one big, fat, important rule.

The sodium most likely had me gaining 5 pounds...ugh, damn the stupid Taiwanese cuisine!

So I'm going to plan out tomorrow's meal in the next post and be able to blog about how I did!

Saturday, July 31, 2010

July 31st already?!!! The days are going by too fast... I only have one month left of summer vacation T_T and less than 2 months to lose weight...or else no $50 gift card...

Breakfast:
1 English muffin, 120 calories
2 pieces of bacon, 70 calories
1 Fried egg, 100 calories

Snack:
Some fresh longan, about 80 calories
Strawberry fruit cup yogurt from la yogurt, 150 calories

Yummy Korean BBQ, about 600 calories

Total: 1,620 calories...another bad day T_T

But don't you worry!!! Tomorrow morning at 7:30 I will be working out at the gym to burn off all the BBQ :)

And also, some great news-for me, anyways-I'm getting a job interview next Saturday!!! It's at a Gold's Gym somewhere (and no, not as a personal trainer or anything special-Heck, I'm only 15!). They told me to bring a swimsuit, cap and goggle. I already handed in a resume about 2 weeks ago to be a swim instructor for children ages 6 and up. The pay is pretty great too. I don't know exactly how much but I think it'd probably be around $10 an hour. All I have to do is go on weekends starting September for just 3 hours a day, so $60 a week :) just for teaching on weekends, which gives me a little extra pocket money for my own personal use.

I'm so nervous, because this is my first "interview"-I think it's more of a test based on my ability to swim. I've been swimming for 5 years on a team, but I don't know if that's necessarily enough to teach little kids how to swim...what if I'm the worst there and I'm just a burden for the other workers??? I don't have much confidence in myself. My parents are bragging to their friends that I'm getting my first job interview and they're so confident that I'm going to get the job. I know that I have a pretty good chance and if I don't make it, I swear I'll be heartbroken...for about a good month or two..and it's going to haunt me for the rest of my life. The fact that I failed my first ever job interview/test is such a shameful thing..plus, my aunt and uncle helped get me this interview because they know the boss of the place. Anyway, I've got to work hard!!!

Ugh, my life sucks so much right now...

So, last night I had a fight with my mom. It's not a very ordinary fight, because we get over ordinary ones in a night after sleeping on it. My brother did HORRIBLE in 6th grade so he was sent to my aunt's and uncle's for summer school, like I mentioned before. He hated it there and so he came home for a week, and it was up to me to help him with his homework from summer school.
It was my first day on the job, and I was already getting impatient after just 2 hours. It seemed like I had to repeat everything to him at least 10 times!!! I don't know if I've said anything like this before, but I'm one who cares a lot about her future. Future college, future career, future husband, etc. In order to achieve all that, the first step is obtaining education, and most Asians in my school have that plus supplementary weekly cram school to get them ahead and make whatever we're learning next a lot easier and less time-consuming for them. I've always wanted to do those, but they're too much money :( It costs around $1,000 for one class for one season...but most Asians take year round cram school having at least 3 different subjects-math, science, English, and the occasional SAT or tutor or state testing prep. They also have private lessons for whatever instruments they're seeking to excel in in the future, plus some of them have sports. I have...1/2 of everything. I took summer cram school 2 years ago to prepare for Bergen County Academy admissions, which was 3 classes, but ended up not even getting the interview T_T. The following summer, I took one class for English because I was in English Honors and had confidence that I wouldn't need math and science prep (besides, my parents would only let me pick one.)
I had one full year of private 45-minute violin lessons a week, then stopped last September. :( I suck in my school orchestra, and even considered quitting, because it was such a waste of my time...how am I going to get good enough for colleges to notice me by playing for some high school orchestra? Most people had private lessons since...well, since very young, maybe 6 or 7. So as you can see, I'm very jealous of all those people. Because I'm the smarter one, I'm forced to teach my younger brother when I myself am behind in my honors classes. During freshman year, I was in all honors for all 4 regular classes, but did horrible in math and science, the ones I DIDN'T take cram school (I got B-'s for my final grades in both subjects) and was kicked out of honors for sophomore year. So right now, I have only 3 honors (Spanish 3 honors, but there was no Spanish 2 honors in freshman year.)
My parents blame it on me procrastinating and getting sidetracked all the time. I admit it did happen quite often, but who doesn't get sidetracked learning about formulas for geometry and about cells in biology?!!! I know this sounds like a rant, but what happened was my mom then promised that starting September I would take cram school for all the subjects (I guess NOW they regret their stupid decision of not letting me get ahead!) Plus a 2-on-1 tutor for chemistry, even though I'll be in CP next year.
Plus, I'll be having private violin lessons as well. But then we get into this dumb stupid argument because I refused to tutor my brother any more after 2 hours (it was 10 o' clock, for god's sake!) and got yelled at and punished. My mom (she always says this though) said that from now on she wasn't paying for a single thing of mine anymore because of my selfish and pissy attitude. I wasn't getting private lessons or cram school starting September, and she took away my contact lenses.
Because of this, we both (or maybe only me?) forget that July 28 is her birthday. I only realize it today after a whole day of ignoring whatever she said to me, after my dad and my brother went out to buy a birthday cake and put it in the fridge. I feel guilty for forgetting, but so much stuff was on my mind. Like, how was I supposed to get into a good college (I'm aiming for a PharmD from somewhere like Rutgers, which is impossible, or St. John's) with parents that don't even care whether or not you have C's, and all these freaking competitive Asian kids at my high school?! Rank matters, and right now my rank ain't too pretty...nor is my 3.4 GPA, WEIGHTED, too pretty either. I know I still have 3 years to bring it up, but Sr. year really doesn't count, so I actually have only 2 years to bring up my stinky GPA. How am I going to be a pharmacist and support a family in the future?!
I'm always like this-stressed-but that's my nature, something I can't change. Asian parents and smart Asian friends kind of make you go a little crazy about your grades...
So now what do I do? I'm supposed to be ignoring my mom, but to ignore her on her birthday??? And I don't even have a birthday gift...I totally forgot about it on my last trip to the mall, which was Thursday...I wonder if she was expecting something???
AAHH, now my head hurts...I hate all this..my life just has to suck! High expectations from everyone (I've always been praised for my good grades by family friends/relatives, for being the oldest cousin and smartest...but not anymore!) Even my going-into-4th-grade 9-year-old cousin has summer school 6 hours a day, plus her abacus brain study and her expensive piano teacher...she has to practice an hour a day so she's really good...plus they put her into swimming just because I used to do it for 5 years...I also used to do piano, too...and she's also taking the violin...urghhh my life...as a daughter...SUCKS right now....but enough complaining, I'm going to bed and figuring this whole mess of a life out tomorrow, after a nice breakfast!!!

What else....maybe whip up a humongous protein shake for one of my meals??? The thing is, I hate the taste of protein powder...

NEW DIET

This is a new diet I found on the internet which is really simple...

1.) You need to Eat 4 times a day 3-4 hours apart
2.) Before each meal you need to....

* Eat at least 2 whole raw fruits and/or vegetables - For example you can eat... 2 carrots,
a head of broccoli & a banana, an apple & orange, or either 4 sticks of celery and...

(they recommend drinking one scoop of whey protein or soy protein with 8 ounces of water
after eating your fruit and veggies, but i want to omit this because i'm afraid it'll make me
gain weight since i'm not weight/strength training. it's supposed to suppress your appetite, you
can try it if you want. smile.gif )

Why doing this helps you lose weight fast...

o Your body has to burn a lot of calories (burn lots of FAT) to digest all the raw fruits & vegetables you eat and
since you're eating them 4 times a day... You're going to lose weight fast.
o Eating raw fruits & veggies (not cooked or steamed) will help you lose weight fast.
o Eating raw fruits & veggies, drinking whey or soy protein & ice cold water means...
You'll never get hungry, never have any cravings or a big appetite so... You'll eat less and lose more weight faster.
o Raw fruits & veggies remove toxins from your blood and once these toxins are gone...
The enzymes in the raw fruits & veggies liquefy and flush fat out of your body.

3.) Right after you eat your fruits & veggies and drink your protein... you're going to eat a healthy meal underneath 300 calories. nothing fried!!!
ex: roasted chicken breast, fish fillet etc... and more veggies or fruits.

4.)You need to drink 70 ounces of ice cold water everyday.
* Ice cold water raises your metabolism. The colder the water is - The more weight you'll lose because...
* Your body has to keep burning calories (or keep burning fat) to heat the cold water back up to body temperature.

5. You need to take some Green Tea everyday once in the morning & once in the evening

6. Do 20-30 minutes of power walking right after you take your morning Green Tea
(power walking is when you walk as fast as you can without running)

Why power walking helps you lose weight fast...

o When you power walk first thing in the morning your body has no choice but to burn fat for energy because...
o As you sleep... The energy from the food you ate during the day gets used while you're sleeping for 6-10 hours.

Oatmeal???

Hi! Starting after I come back from my cousin's house, I'm going to start trying to have oatmeal a couple days a week for breakfast. I like oatmeal, it's just that every time I have it, I need a lot of sugar to go with it or else it'll just taste like...unsweetened oatmeal. So I've decided to change it up a little and add some variations in order to make it taste better without the sugar. Here are some that I've found online:

Honey
Cinnamon & nutmeg
Maple Syrup (no sugar added)
Bananas & other fruits like blueberries, strawberries, etc.
Apple juice
Vanilla extract
Dried cranberries
Peanut butter
Raisins
Canned peaches

So there are a lot of variations!!! I still have bread at home, so I want to finish with that before I start using oatmeal. But when I come back I might either try honey, cinnamon & nutmeg, apples, bananas, strawberries, cranberries or vanilla extract.

Also, I'm thinking of sometimes just eating only fruits and veggies (uncooked) for dinner to "detoxify" my body. I can't always have rice and stir-fried Chinese meat and vegetables!

About me...

I forgot to tell you guys my height and weight...my bad!
I'm currently 5'1'' (maybe still growing?) and ranging from 100-105 pounds.
My goal is to be from 90-95 pounds! It might sound slightly underweight, but coming from a Chinese background, this is still considered pretty normal. If you ever went on Wii Fit, the Japanese standards for being normal is considered underweight for us Americans.
I go to the gym 3-5 days a week only Mondays through Fridays. I can't go Saturdays and Sundays because it closes too early and my mom doesn't get off late enough. I go to the gym called Retro Fitness. It is very cheap, just $20 a month for a 1 year contract. The machines are amazing-each cardio machine has it's own television! And it's not one of those Ancient ones, either. You can plug in your headphone and exercise. It's about 20,000 square feet of pure cardio machines and free weights. There must be over 100 treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes each, so totaling to 300 cardio machines? There's also a lot of free weights. They have a juice bar that makes amazine protein shakes that don't even taste like protein shakes. I've tried the pina colada protein shake, and it tastes close to the real thing. There's a movie room where they play a new movie every day. The room has about 20 cardio machines and you can exercise while watching a great movie. Some of the ones I've seen and liked are:
Mall Cop (we stayed and watched the whole 1 1/2 hours)
Karate Kid (old version)
Transformers
The Time Traveler's Wife
James Bond Movies
And More!
They also have a locker room with a super clean bathroom and lockers and even shower stalls!

I don't want to give too much personal information away, so this is all!

Bodyrock.tv :D

Hey!
The title says Bodyrock.tv-that's my new favorite site. There, a 27 year old woman by the name of Zuzana completes these hardcore interval workouts to gain muscle, endurance, balance and stay healthy. She describes to us the workout, and then Freddy (her husband) will take a video of her working out and they edit the video so that it shows you how to do the moves as well as modifications. Occasionally there are pictures to give you a better idea on how to do them. On top of giving daily workouts that are short but HARD, she also gives healthy recipes, diet & fitness tips, and random things like fashion, and her daily life. She is very motivational and very fit! I just "completed" a workout called Power Girl Workout. It's supposed to last 12 minutes, but I was only able to complete 6 minutes and got dizzy and sore...and I thought I was the fitness guru! I go to a gym 5 times a week for over an hour a day, and yet I still can't complete a 12 minute workout consisting entirely of body weight?! Well, I'll get there...she always encourages you to beat her and Freddy's score-which, for me, is nearly impossible. I came across this site a couple months ago, but never had the courage or motivation to try any of her near impossible workouts, but after my 6 minutes (lol) of hardcore exercising, I do feel more energized! It makes me feel good about myself. Going on the elliptical 1 hour a day gets boring, plus, if you don't vary your workout routines, your body gets so used to it that you'll stop losing weight and will eventually hit a plateau. Although I'm a gym freak, I've got to say-her workouts are very effective, and instead of slaving for hours at a gym, I'm only doing 12 (6) minutes! I'm going to add some of her short 12 minute workouts on top of my elliptical workout, since I've got the whole summer-no homework or exams to study for...no wasting 7 hours at school in order to listen to boring teachers droning on and on about whatever the heck they talk about...
The reason why I gained so much weight in less then a year was because of all my hard classes. Being a freshman taking all honors classes is not an easy task. That's why, next year, for sophomore year, I'm only going to be taking 2 honors classes-U.S. History and English.
I also don't need to go to any Asian cram school over the summer, simply because I don't want to. :D
Okay, now I'm getting a little off topic...anyway, check out the site! It's very motivating, and Zuzana has a beautiful body and is very pretty. She has a good heart, and her workouts are always so effective!!!

20 minute ab routine XD

First 5 minutes:
Plank position for 15 seconds
Rest 15 seconds
Repeat until 5 minutes is up.
The important thing is to keep your back flat!

Second 5 minutes:
Bicycle crunches at a steady pace for 15 seconds
Rest 15 seconds
Repeat until 5 minutes is up.
The important thing is to make sure your elbows actually touch your opposite knee by twisting your upper body.

Third 5 minutes:
Reverse crunches at a steady pace for 15 seconds
Rest 15 seconds
Repeat until 5 minutes is up.

Last 5 minutes:
Star crunches for 15 seconds
Rest 15 seconds
Repeat until 5 minutes is up.
How to do it-lie down with hands at your sides and feet together flat on the floor. Raise your legs straight up (this is leg lifts), then move your feet apart and reach your hands and lift your shoulder blades and push forward (works like crunches). Finally, do a reverse crunch and let your legs slowly go back down (reverse leg lift).
This is a 3 in one move, and very effective for toning your stomach.

This really works, and since it's an interval workout and you change every 15 seconds, it doesn't get very boring. Plus all the resting makes it not as intense :)
If you're more advanced or would just like to make it harder or more intense, just decrease the amount of rest you have.

Depressed....

Next week, I'm going to be at my cousin's house all week with my brother. They're 9 and 5 and just adorable, but it depresses me that I won't have access to the gym for a whole entire week!!! Plus, they're probably going to make me eat a lot to fatten me up...
SO in order to stay in shape, I will still be updating every day (I hope) and exercising as much as I can while they're in cram school for those 6 hours a day...I'm thinking of doing a morning jog every morning and jump roping. It's going to be hot so I'll have to wake up early...bad thing is whether or not my aunt and uncle would let me actually hit the streets...I have no trouble letting their neighbors see me jogging, since I don't live there and it's not anybody I know from school. My relatives never actually exercise...their only exercise is chasing their kids around or walking to places while grocery shopping...New York IS a pretty big place where you have to commute by biking/walking/riding the bus.
So here's my plan for the mornings:
1,000 jumps with my jump rope :D, about 15 minutes
Jogging for 45 minutes

Somewhere during the day:
My 20 minute ab routine :D
It's actually pretty fun and simple to do. I'll explain it in the next post. I never feel bored and I see the results and feel the burning.

SNSD's Yuri

I admit it-I have a girl crush on SNSD's Yuri! She's a very good dancer with a very good body....someone that I want to be like. Lots of guys like her. T_T
Basically, my lifelong goal is to have her body...but I won't be able to mimic her height. Sadly, I'm always going to be a 5'1'' shorty with swimmer's shoulders...I'll never look as petite as her. And my thighs naturally contain more fat.
She may not be the tallest or skinniest out of SNSD, but in my opinion she has the nicest body. It actually has real curves, and she has a slim waistline, also known as an S-line.
