1/2 cup of oatmeal, 150 calories
1 banana, 100 calories
1/3 cup of cranberries, 130 calories

Lunch:
Salad with raspberry vinaigrette and cranberries, 150 calories

Snack:
Crepe, about 350 calories T_T

Dinner:
Iceberg lettuce with raspberry vinaigrette and cranberries, 150 calories
1/2 a banana, 50 calories

Total: 1,080 calories

Exercise:
15 minutes of Zuzana 600 Rep Sexier Body Workout (did half, so 300 reps), 105 calories?
Walking around the mall for about 3 hours, about 150 calories?
Biking for 30 minutes, about 100 calories?
So as you can see, I didn't go to the gym today but still got in a decent amount of exercise :)

Net Calories: 725 calories
