Breakfast:
Japanese yam, 150 calories
Candied peanuts, 150 calories

Lunch:
String beans and one egg, 300 calories

Snack:
Banana split ice cream in a cone, 200 calories

Dinner:
String beans and one egg, 250 calories (less string beans)
1 dragon fruit, 60 calories
1 cup of some kind of melon, about 50 calories

Total:
1,160 calories (I ate a little every couple of hours, so some of the stuff counts as a lunch or dinner.

Exercise:
1 hour ellipticals, 400 calories

Net Calories:
760 calories
