Lunch:
Rice pudding, 300 calories
La Yogurt Vanilla Light, 90 calories

Dinner:
Some rice and meat, 250 calories
Yogurt, 90 calories
Vitamins (gummy and chocolate :D), 80 calories

Total: 1,110 calories

Exercise:
30 minutes treadmill, 2.63 miles, 200 calories

Net Calories: 910 calories...not bad :)
