1/3 cup of dried cranberries, 130 calories

Snack:
1/2 a banana, 50 calories

Lunch:
1 cup of fried rice with one egg, 400 calories

Snack:
1 banana, 100 calories

Dinner:
1 sweet potato, 100 calories (it was small!)

Exercise:
1 hour elliptical, 400 calories
