Wake up :)

Eat 2 cups of watermelon, 100 calories
Do Insanity
Eat scallion bread, 350 calories
For lunch, have a sushi roll, about 400 calories?
Have a piece of fruit in between
Don't know about dinner.
Go to the gym :) But I'll only be doing light walking, etc.
