Breakfast:
Some rice porridge and side dishes, 300 calories

Snacks:
1 Apple, 80 calories
1 Pear, 80 calories

Lunch:
1/2 cup of brown rice, 200 calories
1/4 cup of egg whites and vegetables, 75 calories

Dinner:
1 cup of blueberries, 80 calories
1 roast pork bun, 70 calories
Lots of peanuts, about 300 calories T_T cure those stupid caramelized peanuts!!!!!!!!!

Total: 1,235 calories....I'm going to do a LOT of exercise...

Exercise:
1 hour elliptical, 300 calories

Net Calories: 935
